It’s come to my attention that the mobile section of the site isn’t working properly, so I’ll be trying to fix that up before we get too much further along. I know how you kids like your phones (omygodmetoo).

In event news, I’ll be at Wondercon this weekend hanging out with good friends and comic cohorts alike. I won’t be sitting at a table, I won’t be hawking my wares (at least not in the usual fashion), but I will be wandering around looking for good company. Hope to see you there!

And we’re back!

The astute members of the audience will notice that the pages look a little different. Well it came to my attention that some people were having problems with the font I was using and, since I wasn’t really married to it and we’re not too far along, all the lettering for previous pages has been redone to offer a better reading experience. Hope you like the easier to read font!

I’ve got some really exciting pages coming down the pipe at you, some of the best artwork I’ve ever done, so stay tuned and keep reading!

Ch01 Pg21 – The Narrows

I cannot believe I managed to get this page together.  I have to say, if I hadn’t had it sitting around pencilled, it would not have happened.  You see, I had a plan folks.  Last night was supposed to be the night I got to sleep for a full night so I knocked off working early.

I had it all planned out, I went to bed at 9:30pm like the old fogey I am becoming, it was wonderful.

And then at 2:15am, an LAPD helicopter descended on our neighborhood. It swept the air in giant circles, waving its damn spotlight all over. Everytime it went past, the entire apartment would shake and rattle.

This went on for 3 and a half hours. At 5:45, 45 minutes before I had to get up for work, it snuck back to its feeding hole…most assuredly bloated from the waves of torment it had so gluttonously feasted upon.

Fucking ghetto bird ruined my night.  But whatever biatches, y’all lucked out because this page was really easy to draw and color and letter!
